MEET VIOLETTE
Violette de Ayala is a Cuban-American Serial Entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of FemCity. She’s also a Motivational Speaker, Best-Selling Author, and has been teaching corporate and organizational programming since 1999.
In 2009, she founded FemCity and has provided programs for over 20,000 women throughout the U.S. and Canada. She has served as a consultant, facilitator, speaker and teacher for the SBA, Girl Scouts, United Way, and Upper Schools.
She has been a keynote speaker for SBA Regional Conference, Accenture’s International Women’s Day, Aruba Chamber of Commerce and a Mentor for women in India, Nepal and Iran through organizational partnerships. She also served as a Moderator for NationSwell’s “The Great American Lie” film with Emmy Award-winning filmmaker and First Partner of California Jennifer Siebel Newsom.
In 2023, she created an online program for over 70,000 residents in partnership with Miami Dade County Mayor’s Office. This program served as the Pilot program for the county and their 305 Thrive Initiative.

MEET LYNN
After a 20 year career as a health professional, Lynn entered the entrepreneurial life. She built a large sales team, was named Rising Star, won numerous awards and rank advancements. Her secret: she focused in on personal development, and leadership development.
She became a speaker, and a sought after trainer within that company. When another opportunity was presented that allowed her to use all of her skills, and fulfill her passion to empower and help women grow with programs, community and online curriculum, she jumped in with FemCity.
Lynn took on the role of FemCity Toronto President in 2016, successfully bringing FemCity to Canada which led her to become a Director with Femcity and now COO. Her authentic nature and leadership has helped grow the organization with ease. She is certified in DEI with the University of Michigan and leads the DEIB committee within FemCity.
MEET BETH
Beth Boyd Bell, Director of Corporate Relations, is the founder of Bell, Media, Events, and Branding. Beth has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and communication experience. She gets excited about building community, relationships, and creating solutions for her clients. She is also the President of our FemCity Roanoke Chapter.
Prior to being bitten by the entrepreneur bug, Beth had a successful career with a large health insurance company as a change manager and process improvement director. She understands the importance of aligning your organization to your overall strategic plan and the importance of professional development for employee engagement and growth. Beth is certified in adult learning and has her Six Sigma green belt.
